As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking Gulf view, setting the scene for an unforgettable stay. Step outside to discover a charming patio area with comfortable seating and an outdoor bar, inviting you to relax with your toes in the white sandy beach. This unique property consists of two separate units, offering both privacy and ample space. Please note that you must go outside to access each unit. Island Girl Side (30 Gulf Beach Rd):
Master bedroom: king-sized bed, dedicated workspace, attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, makeup vanity, and spacious countertops.
First guest bedroom: twin-size bunk bed (no TV).
Three additional guest bedrooms: each with a king-sized bed and a TV.
